Therefore, keep up the momentum of cycle breaking by accessing Judy between sessions, as obstacles, progress, and questions arise.
Text or record short audio messages (less than 5 min each). Judy responds within two business days by guiding you back to your inner wisdom time and time again.
Judy's life was shaped by trying to fit into boxes laid out in front of her--by her immigrant family, by her "normal" peers, and by a society based on oppression. None of those boxes or expectations fit.
Trying to mask feelings of being an imposter and not good enough, she landed at an all-time low and finally chose her Self. Her detoxification from co-dependence allowed a clear view of the systems that imprisoned her and the people around her. A wounded healer at heart, she created a step by step framework to guide others to their own joyful liberation.
Tara says, “It would be an understatement to say that Judy changed my life. Our work together has been transformational - my base state used to be anxious, stressed, and in vague conflict with many of the people in my life. Now, a few years later, I wake up every day feeling the happiest and healthiest I've ever been.”
Angela, a full-time tech professional, says working with Judy is “life-changing. Lack of boundaries is a survival response for so many women, and knowing it didn't start with me has been pivotal to my healing - especially in my role as a daughter in an immigrant household, trying to break generational curses. The frameworks and strategies from these workshops have accelerated my growth and saved me years. I invest in professional development resources all the time- another degree, another workshop. I am so glad I invested in this group. Thank you!”
Tia says, “I feel like I have a better understanding of how to approach uncomfortable situations with others and how to effectively communicate my emotions. Judy, you have opened my eyes up to so much and you are so good at what you do. I will continue to recommend you to friends and family because you truly have a gift!”

Every group session is 75 min, with the bulk of coaching happening in the last 60 min.
Groups start with a grounding meditation to gradually train your nervous system on how to regulate.
Judy will then open with a mini "lesson" based on what is happening around us in the world. Participants will then obtain mini-coaching within the group.
Regardless if you talk or not, you will learn from each other's questions, perspectives, and insights.
Every group, every week, will organically fit together, and shed light on a larger collective issue and how to resolve it internally.
While this is therapeutic in nature, it is not intended as therapy or clinical treatment.
As the Boundary Coach, Judy will hold these sessions as Q&A about how to using healthy emotional and psychological boundaries, so that we can all live in abundance, safety, and belonging.
Participants are expected to identify a question, obstacle, or relational dynamic that is preventing them from progressing in their life. Judy will then generalize it so the group can relate. She then guides you through the Decolonizing Boundaries Framework (formerly called, "Psychological Boundaries Framework") so that you practice a new way of being in the world. The DBF enables you to internalize a new worldview that is grounded in equality, non-violence, freedom, social responsibility, and interdependence.
These characteristics of healthy relational/relationship boundaries for partners, children, employers, employees, strangers, family, and anyone who's beliefs may be different than our own.
It has become clear to Judy that individual clients are chronically lonely and stressed. One of the solutions is to learn to resource bi-directionally in community.
Self-care <=> Community Care
You have live direct access to Judy for 4 months. Your access to the recordings will expire at six months, unless you choose to pay a nominal monthly fee, which you can cancel at any time.
Judy has ADHD. She has learned that if she has unlimited access, she will procrastinate and delay the necessary work. Does that resonate for you?
So, the reason for the time limit is to help you stay accountable to make the change you want in your life.
It takes 21 days to create a new habit. This group coaching program needs you to immerse yourself in a new way of living so that you can break cycles that have lived for generations.
Yes & No. The Embody Your Boundaries modules consists of prerecorded video lessons which you can watch in any order at any time, and as often as you'd like.
The weekly group coaching sessions ARE live, where you have an opportunity to connect directly with Judy and fellow Cycle Breakers around a particular issue or question about a goal you determine.
Those Zoom sessions will be recorded spotlighting Judy, so participant faces/names may stay private.
The audio recordings will be accessible to all participants of the program within 3 days of each live session, unless there are technical difficulties.
Great question. You're not alone.
In his book, My Grandmother's Hands, Resmaa Menakem states: "Trauma decontextualized looks like personality."
Social anxiety, or aversion to groups, might point to you having a caregiver who was highly critical, abusive, or emotionally punitive if you made a mistake or set a boundary.
Or perhaps you live in an environment in which you do not feel safe, affirmed, or empowered.
Judy's groups are radically inclusive. This means that all of you, including the part that hates groups, is welcome. This is an openly affirming space for all humans who commit to everyone's humanity, regardless of race, class, gender, religion, etc.
Cycle Breakers will learn to connect in community where you feel grounded to your Self, able to protect your self and others, and leave feeling seen and affirmed, including when someone/you/Judy makes a mistake.
Judy will model accountability, gently lean in to discomfort, clearly explain the dynamics that are present, and always be open to feedback.
Conversations will be directed to Judy, the Boundary Coach. Noone will be allowed to fix or save anyone else, including themselves. Because you are not broken. You just need to learn to interpret the data in a new way. Judy will teach you on the how, when, and why.
